Thank you! I am hoping to inspire people, because it works! and this is still on cooked foods, such as steamed rice, and potatoes, but i am almost fully raw! I eat raw fruit for breakfast and lunch, and will have some steamed veggies, or sweet potatoes at night, but the days i eat only raw fruit are my best days!
That is very inspiring. I hope that in some time I will be where you are now.
I am on this lifestyle for ca. 3 months (last two months including steamed potatoes) and now I am bigger than I was before.

Wow, you look fantastic. Can you give me an idea of what a typical daily menu is for you? I've been a vegetarian for several years and am now starting raw food.
That is awesome, congrats! I was also vegetarian, then vegan, not seeing much results in health. When i transitioned from regular vegan to high carb low fat vegan, this is when i started to see improvements. In the beginning i was eating steamed rice with soy sauce, at almost every meal, i was still feeling sick, and found out how toxic soy sauce was to my body, then i was eating potatoes with natural ketchup for a long time feeling great, as time went on i incorporated more and more fruit and that was my health really improved. *back to your question, now a days, i eat around 5-12 bananas in the morning (as much as i can get down for calories, I'm not a huge fan of dates), for lunch ill eat some of my favorite fruits, oranges, apples, star fruits etc. how ever much i can get down or 100% fruit juices (a couple liters), and for dinner ill either eat steamed sweet potatoes, or have a garden salad with raspberry puree as dressing. I'm not a huge fan of dates either, but I have found that some varieties taste more favorable to me. Hey, if they are cheap and easy to get, you might want to try cramming some into a banana-date shake. Oddly enough, I'm not to keen on just eating bananas. However, I could blend them up all day long.
