Here is great workout for upper body strength and mobility! Very good for advanced gym goers and can be easily modified for beginners too who want to get into calisthenics and/or movement. Especially great workout to strengthen your shoulder, elbow and wrists joints plus upper body and core muscles!

Hit two of my personal goals today: olympic ring and straight bar muscle ups! I could not be happier about it =)
Didn't believe I would get them this early (I was aiming for summer) but to my surprise I got both of them on a same day! I also talk about my 4 month journey and what I learned and what I think you should keep in mind when aiming for muscle ups ! Look out for full length tutorial soon on my channel ;)
