My height is 1, 71 m. and my weigh is 75 kg (maybe a little less, I want to loose five kg and reach and stay on 70 kg)
Also I have to increase the calcium.
my food for today has been the next...
3 oranges, 1 lemon, 9 bananas, 12 prunes, 7 apricots, about 200 grs of grapes, 4 apples, 1 handful nuts, 1/3 leek, 1 small letucce, quite green leaves, 1 multivitamin tablet.
What do you think? am I doing well with my food?
Wow, thanks for that answer.
Yes, I'm grown adult...
All the data has been erased, I don't know why. I'm new using the cronometer but the last data I introduce it's always there when I open the cronometer web. Well, it doesn't matter.
I'll change the nutritional target to 30BananasADay and I'll check that chart that I still haven't saw.
Thanks a lot.
Yeah, I'm just waiting to finish it.
I wasn't sure about the amount of carbs, proteins and lipids in relation with the 2500 calories I'm eating (I'm having at the moment an extrasedentary life so I think I really don't need 3000 calories or more) so I asked a friend and he told me that according to the 80.10.10 and for 2500 calories I have to eat 63 gr. of protein, 525 gr. of carbs and 28 gr. of fat.
The online CronOMeter indicates that for 2500 Calories (and also according to 30BananasADay) it must be, more or lees (I can't actually know because I' ve changed the values) 44 gr. of protein, 452 gr. of carbs and 24 gr. of fat.
Which is the real one?
Hey, bee, thanks a lot for answering.
So I should take 700 gr. of carbs?? I'll see in one normal day if I can reach that amount.
What I'm also trying to find out is how many gr. of protein is the 10% of 2500 calories. The same for the fat. Just to write on the CronOMeter the correct value of that.
