30 Bananas a Day!

this test was mainly done to check my vit d levels.

i was taking 2500 IE of vitashine (made from lichen) for about half a year along with 100mcg (mg?)
vitamin K2.
before that i took 2000 IE of a standard D3 supplement.

i m not amused with my results:( german ranges r obv. bit weird since
in the net they usually recommend 60-80 to be optimal. imo 22 is way tooooo little.

i ll gonna take much more now and get tested again in a few months.

my tsh used to be much lower (1,9) in july after 10 months of
iodine supplementation. i ve reduced iodine though few months ago coz i had
no boob pain and lumps anymore which i got (along with trippled tsh levels) being
hc vegan for about 10 months (without iodine)

with the lower dosage my tsh is above 3 again ;(
so i am gonna up the dosage again.

the sheet also shows that my cholesterol is still high.
it used to be pretty much the same 2 years ago on meat and dairy.

those r my blood results from 2012 before hc vegan
overview several blood results
my total cholesterol only ever been little lower at the start as
i ve been 90 5 5 ( absol. NO overt fats ) and little higher
as i ve been more like 80 10 10 without gluten and starches not fully raw!!

after 1 year (as chol. went up ) i ve started to eat
anyone wants to give his/her opinion
on my still high cholesterol levels or bothers
to comment on any other levels?
imo cruciferous like kale contributed to my iodine deficiency one year ago
coz i was eating some broccoli, cabbage amd brussels sprouts.and they r known to block the uptake of iodine

avocado is in my diet every day. 1/2-1 avocado in my salad dressing.
i am taking magnesium already coz its part of the iodine protocol i am on.

coconut oil i used to take for a few months as my tsh was 3,6 coz
some sources said it would help. but i ve stopped after a while again.

there is almost no sunlight in north of germany atm.
i ve started an vitamin d treatment anyways now.
to reach 55 mcg/l in bout 2 weeks (taking 20000IE daily) and then i m gonna take 5000IE
to maintain.

55x70kgx0,0014=more than 5000IE actually
but i m gonna take 5000

what should the Q10 achieve?

also i am taking 1-2 tablespoons of just barley each day which has plenty of vit.k
plus i eat lettuce daily and peas often.
