30 Bananas a Day!

Hi guys! long time no post hah

well its winter here in michigan and i absolutely despise the cold weather and snow! its so depressing.

I have seriously been thinking about moving to the west coast, prob california, after I graduate from school, which is prob going to be in a year and half or so. I am studying graphic design so hopefully i wont have that much trouble finding a job. The only hard part will be being alone in a different state, and missing my family, but i need the sun!! I feel like im wasting my life here in michigan, and sacrificing my happiness.

I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions about where to live or which areas have the most affordable housing, probably apartments?

Thank youu :)

and happy new year!

seriously

no, seriously

:)

but seriously.

super cheap. everyone is so friendly. simple lifestyle. Beautiful areas.

DO IT.

I really like San Diego, and have been thinking of moving there sooner or later. There are fantastic markets, really pretty sites, cool people, and just a lot to do. Though I haven't seen all that much of California, and have also heard great things about the Bay Area, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, and other places. I'll reach back when I get further north there.

I know what you mean about moving away from family, but I've definitely found the older I get, the more I like to operate on my own (though I'm still really close with my family). And it always seems to work out that I get to be with them at the right points in time. I'm sure you'll make friends pretty easily wherever you end up that will make you feel comfortable in your new home. Besides, that plane trip really isn't so bad. I just came back from Philippines to be with them for the holidays, that required 30+ hrs travel time each way!
