Be your real self and not your social media guru's highlight reel.
This has really helped me with acceptance of who I am and where I am at in life. I have my own genetics, age, and kidney issues, so I know I will not look like a 19 year old model or Olympic athlete.
But, from where I came from, I am doing pretty good nowadays.
This is not very philosophical, but based on personal experience, helping others, and science, here is my recipe for long term success:

Hello,I`m 37 years old and my weight is 150 lb I try my best to do what you wrote on your post. Except my 30 minutes outside,sometime it`s really hard. and after two month of raw food diet I`m put on 2 kg. It`s real that now I`m more happy, positive person, but in the evening I`m very tired and I need to go to bed around 8p.m.
I just want to know if I`m doing something wrong?!
Maybe you should eat more sugars, you can try going on banana island or like become raw vegan and nourish your body with fruitful sugary, carby meals. Make sure you move around and go here and there. Don't worry too much just live life! :D
First I might recommend getting a benchmark physical from a doctor to find out if you have any preexisting conditions that might need to be dealt with.
If you are not getting outdoors much, and or you live in the northern hemisphere, you vitamin D levels could be low. You can also get b12 checked and or iron deficiency anemia.
After that, if you live and play hard during the day, work, school, exercise, chase kids, etc, then it is normal to feel tired and or sleep soundly at night.
In nature, many of our primate cousins do sleep 10-12 hours a day, and when the sun is down, so are they.
It is a complex topic of how light affects our eyes, or lack there off, with release of melatonin the sleep hormone.
Many of us live in artificial societies where lights, tv, computers, etc are on 24/7 and when someone feels like sleeping when the sun does, others think it odd.
So if you are healthy, and able, I say go for the sleep. You might find yourself waking early and refreshed too.
Sometimes our mental vanity weights are not our genetic weights or what is healthy for our bodies. I do not know your height, but for many people, 150 is a healthy number.
Reasons we might gain weight on a raw and living foods diet is our bodies heal and repair tissues, bone density increases, muscle mass increases, bulk of food, ie weight of food in digestive system, being fully hydrated, etc. You can read this blogpost for futher info and watch our siteowner, Durianriders video of how 17 lbs could be put on in 1 day just from food and drink alone.
