So every Friday is my rest day and on these days I just cant seem to eat enough to feel satisfied, just wondering if anyone else has this on days you are not as active?
Its super weird so then i end up eating a ton and feeling suuper bloated all day long as my husband says "it looks like you just had thanksgiving dinner"
Im not freaked out about gaining fat weight or anything like that but the bloating situation really bums me out sometimes
I disagree. Exercise especially cardio curbs hunger. Don't take a day off. Just take a walk or run or do intervals for half an hour. and try to do it before breakfast. You are not deficient in anything your body is just used to the cycle you do every other day of the week.
N order to gain muscle the muscles make small rips as you exercise. On that day off your body maybe is using all its energy to fix the rips and is craving to fuel it needs to get the job done.
