Ok, I want to eat more mono meals and I think posting about it will helpful to me for support and inspiration. I don't think I'm ready to do 'one fruit island (banana island, mango island etc.)', so i'll just start with mono meals.
I plan to log my mono meals here...feel free to use this post as your daily check-in, if that's helpful to you, too! And if you're a long-term mono mealer, I'd love to hear some of the benefits you've experienced!
There is just so much good fruit available (what a problem, LOL), I usually don't do mono-meals.
But yesterday I had mangos for breakfast and melons for lunch! Woohoo! Dinner was almost mono til I ate some arugula with all the amazing nectarines.
Today, I had just melon for breakfast! Anyone else?
Mono meals help keep my tummy happy. Today i'm going to do spinach for lunch and then oranges the rest of the day. Anyone done that? I hope it's a good combo in one day.
