30 Bananas a Day!

I'm sharing my day again, to study, and to improve.



Yesterday i felt so good with the banana meal, but after the afternoon snack, my emotional/physical energy went off.

Today i'm having my first mono meal of oranges, throughout the day.

This amounts can be increased. 

8:00

5 Oranges

11:00
5 Oranges

13:00
5 Oranges

16:00
5 Oranges

19:00
5 Oranges

I will see if i need to increase this amount of food.

Water Intake: 3 liters 

STATS

Carbs: 384,80

Protein: 30,80
Fructose: 306, 20

Fiber: 78,5

Lipids: 3,95

Total: 1540 calories

UPDATE 11:55 am

. With my first meal and after the snack of oranges, i felt bloating issues.

. I' need to workout, and i don't have the strength that i had yesterday, i'm tired, sleepy, bloated ...

UPDATE 13:36 Pm
. I'm eating my 5 oranges lunch
. I'm feeling better

UPDATE 15:28 pm
. Sleepy, lazy, without the will to workout 
. Bloated, with gas. lol

UPDATE 14:28 pm
I had another 5 oranges, and turned my belly into a huge balloon, omg!

Well, 1500 cals is not enough, don't even think of working out !

You sounded my mom, very funny!

It's hard, because i'm bloated in this right moment, and i can't increase more oranges ... lol

How can i resolve this? 

That's because I'm your mom !

Try juicing/blending them ? I can have 12-15 in a meal if I juice them.

Thanks for the tip.

But my belly can't accept this amount of food, specially with juice's. 

Juices in this right moment, blow up my belly :(
