I'm sharing my day again, to study, and to improve.
Yesterday i felt so good with the banana meal, but after the afternoon snack, my emotional/physical energy went off.
Today i'm having my first mono meal of oranges, throughout the day.
This amounts can be increased.
I will see if i need to increase this amount of food.
Water Intake: 3 liters
Fructose: 306, 20
Total: 1540 calories

. With my first meal and after the snack of oranges, i felt bloating issues.
. I' need to workout, and i don't have the strength that i had yesterday, i'm tired, sleepy, bloated ...

It's hard, because i'm bloated in this right moment, and i can't increase more oranges ... lol

Try juicing/blending them ? I can have 12-15 in a meal if I juice them.

But my belly can't accept this amount of food, specially with juice's.
