Hey hey!! I recently went vegan and am embarking on the Raw Till 4 journey!!
I'd really appreciate the help of people who have experienced the pitfalls, highs, lows, positives and negatives of the diet so I can understand what it's doing to my body :) any advice for this newbie would be awesome! And if anyone is in the UK, it would be great if you could recommend where to at our as a vegan or vegan groups I could join?
