I didn't think she looked too skinny...
No. And no doubt she WOULD get too skinny quickly by undereating though. And media and celebrities and quick fixes and the headlines that go along with it = BLEHHHHHHHHH.
I agree with you. Sometimes my thoughts are confused. SOmetimes I told my self, "hey, you can still be sexy of you eat beef and chicken! Do not deprived yourself. Other skinny chick eats like a pig and be skinny. You can do it too!" but the thoughts of eating animals agian... oohhh i can't stand it anymore..
Other than that, I am not raw food vegan just because I want to loseweight or tone up a bit. I am more mentally focused, relaxed, happy, positive when I eat live foods. :) It's not all about being skinny or what. I want to benefits of having zero mucus at all !
I've read a top rank comment that really attract my attention.
Quoted: "Just eating raw veggies and fruit is an eating disorder, not a vegan diet. A healthy vegan diet constitutes a lot more. If miss Fox is serious about being vegan and regaining her curves (I doubt it) I can hand her a recipe for a vegan chocolate cake to die for that will give you a booty in no-time."
That's what other people say to me too! They think I have an eating disorder! For once, I thought I really have an eating disorder. Only to find out when I discovered 80-10-10 it is just normal!
She looked fabulous on the vegan diet....
Sounds like she was receiving a lot of feedback... and perhaps decided eating animal was for her... now shes back
to the "healthy" look the rest of the carnies are used to....
