It is as though Megan (like Oprah) exploited 'the vegan diet' again. Both yo-yo dieters backfired and went back to meat, unnecessarily. It reminds me of people bouncing from one relationship to the next, carrying baggage and looking for the opposite traits in the next relationship. In this case there are plenty of 'lean protein' foods that are much leaner than meat. Sprouts and nuts would provide high protein without the disease risks of meat.
I have no idea who Meghan Fox is, but I'm going to day something unpopular. Some of the women we hold up as role models for the 811 diet......... I don't want to end up extremely skinny like them. I have a lot of weight to lose and want to be slender with feminine curves.
She really didn't. But it seems ALOT of people end up SUPER thin on this lifestyle. I personally would not want to be skinny, the lowest I'd let my weight go would be 120 pounds. I think to many people UNDER EAT.
