Hello again! Thank you all for listening to my questions! I was curious as to what the best spacing is for meals/snacks. I currently eat a 600 calorie meal at 9:00, a 600 calorie meal at 12:00, a 600 calorie meal at 3:00, and a 600 calorie meal at 6:00. I am wondering if it would be best to consolidate these meals so that I am eating three times a day rather than four? I am also wondering as to how far apart I should space my meals? Any advice as to meal times/amounts would be appreciated! I am an eighteen year old female and bike for about 45 minutes a day.

You seem to be very regimented about when and how much you eat. I would just eat as much as you want whenever you're hungry and not worry about the time and such tiny 600 calorie meals. In other words just do what feels right at any given time.
Eat before you're hungry, drink before your thirsty. 2400 calories per day is not a lot especially if you are being active daily(just noticed you said you are). You may need to be eating more and this could help with your other question as well - If you are craving fatty foods then you are not eating enough low fat Vegan carbs. Try 800 cals per meal or just eat until you're fully satisfied each time you eat.
It sounds like you are getting up pretty late ey? Bed by 7-8 and rise by 6-7. Eat within the hour of awakening and if you plan to exercise as soon as you wake up, or even if you don't, start the day with 800-1000ml of water and a piece of fruit. Again (eat your meal within the hour)
Sounds like you are not eating enough though. What is your height?
I like to eat a big meal within 1 hour of awakening, then at 11 and then around 4-5. I eat snacks in between if needed, and if you're exercising then it is usually needed. :)

I always believe I am eating enough during the day, but then I finish my last meal around 6:00 and find myself feeling not hungry, but not satiated either. This is when I tend to go for the fattier/saltier foods which I am trying quite hard to avoid...
I will try to make sure I have a piece of fruit before I exercise! That is a very, very good idea. Thank you very much for sharing your meal timing. I am still trying to figure out if it works better for me to eat several smaller meals or a few larger meals. I am 5'6''. Thank you!
Craving the fatty foods later in the day is a sign you are not eating enough cals during the day for sure. Def think you need to be eating more.
