30 Bananas a Day!

I have a question about mammography. I have read that it gives you lot of radiation and causes cancer and all that. So I would like to avoid it. But what to do instead?
I have some lumps in my breast for some time and it has happened before, so I didn't worry. But now the one with these lumps is bigger than another and this has never happened before. It's freaking me out :) I would like to have some test done, but I know that if I go to my doctor, its probably only mammography what she offers.
What do you think about that? Big thanks for responding!!!

The first couple of minutes you can skip since he's just with his wife talking about some trip, but the rest is very very useful. good luck.

Thank you! Very interesting video indeed. Very reassuring.
Breast lumpiness can be normal, same with having them go out of shape with one becoming bigger. of course I don't know if you are experiencing abnormal.. However, if it put your mind at ease I'm 34 and quite large, mine are really soft but under neath that rock solid and lumpy and I see the right one as being bigger, but I took a naked photo just for myself and they're quite even. I think the hardness in my breasts started in my 20s and I did have an ultra sound, normal as can be and the sonographer assured me hardness, lumpiness and even fluid coming out can all be normal.
Thanks for sharing! Ok, maybe I just try to forget it. It's just as I am quite small and they have been even all my life, I'm 41, and now suddenly something happened... I wish I could find a place to get an ultrasound, they only do it after mammography here... :( How weird!
I think they were checking up on my pituitary activity(had other tests as well). But, yes it's weird to not have the option of an ultrasound instead.

If you're feeling in good health try not to worry. If you're not telling us and you're actually feeling ill all the time then ignore us and go for the tests.

Breast lumps are actually deposits of calcium. They CAN develop cancer and the reason they do this is because the calcium cuts off the flow of blood to an area and this creates an anaerobic environment that is just the right condition that cancer needs to thrive. I've always wondered if you could dissolve breast lumps the same way you dissolve kidney stones and arterial plaque (both of these have a lot of calcium in them) - with a diet high in lemonade.
