30 Bananas a Day!

Hello fruit friends!

I just got some blood tests results today and my magnesium is apparently a little low.

I find this strange because when I log my food in cronometer i'm usually over 300%

I am mostly raw, eating low-fat cooked meal about 2-3 times a week.

Generally average 3500-4000 calories.

I suffered mega adrenal fatigue in the fall and I'm wondering if maybe my body is just flushing out my minerals?

My only symptom i have left is "feeling hungry for air", like I can't take a complete breath sometimes. Adding himalayan sea salt helps a little but it must be linked to the magnesium....

If anyone has any tips, advice or experience to share I would really appreciate it!! :)

Are you breathing shallowly throughout the day, or are you consciously deep breathing constantly? Get out into nature if you can and do some heavy breathing and intense exercise here. Work your lungs.

Also, your magnesium may be 300% in cronometer, but it may show up LOW in blood test because you have an ABSORPTION issue. How do we get absorption issues you ask? Eating cooked food if our bodies don't like it (which we are meant to be raw eaters anyway ;) )

Absorption issues are very serious and you need to remedy this asap because a) wasted $/food, and b) you need those vitamins/minerals!!!

Amen sista. That's really interesting that cooked food can cause absorption issues. Thanks!

hmmmm interesting.

I have been doing yoga for 9 years, conscious breathing is part of my day, it's only been since I got sick that i've had this issue.

How does cooked food cause absorption issues?? and how do you remedy it?

Cooked food depletes all of the enzymes in your body. You could be depleted from all of the dead food you're consuming.

A lack of enzymes could also be by chugging your food without actually chewing it (say, slurping down the smoothies without actually swishing it around your mouth first, which begins the digestive enzymes process before it hits your stomach)

So, all in all, I recommend way less dead food and a ton of chewing food or at the very least, a "mouth swish" if you're putting down large smoothies.
