Ahhh wow thats interesting...I take it you did a lot of research on this. Have you always had the usual hypothyroidism symptoms and is there anything you can do to counteract it? And I don't eat organic either, to which i definitely think i should, especially with greens.
And did you lose your period since joining the lifestyle? That's awesome to see all those changes in just three weeks. Keep it up my friend, would really love to hear the rest of your progress :)
a lot! I've had this for about a year or more, but in the past couple of months its gotten quite a bit worse and too much to handle. every day i wake up I'm suffering because I'm uncomfortably bloated. its like I've constantly JUST eaten a big meal. even when i wake up, and i still feel like I've just eaten. sometimes don't even have an appetite until 12pm.
