30 Bananas a Day!

Well i had blood work taken to see if i was low in anything cuz ive been feeling really not myself.  Everything came back normal, except they said that my vitamin D was normal, but on the lowest end.  They suggested i start supplementing.  But of course...i dont want to supplement.  The only problem is i live in MA and its now fall and days are getting shorter and its flippin FREEZING outside, i dont want to go outside at all unless im bundled up, and even then i race to get inside.  This is another reason i need to move to LA...

 

Does anyone take a vegan Vitamin D supplement?

Before the winter is coming and around feb-march when the levels are the lowest. It's worth it, I personally don't want to supplement if I have enough.
I just had my blood work checked and I was very low in D.  Thanks for all the information...off to shop for supplements.
