Been eating HCLF 80 10 10, raw til 4 style since august. Initially my appetite was low and it was hard to get the calories in maybe was eating around 2500 a day, then after a month my appetite boomed i was eating around 4500-5500 calories a day lol then a couple months later i could only eat around 3000-4000 a day. And now ever since this past week ive been just feeling full. I'll eat like 1500-1800 calories and then be full for the next 10 hours. Im a guy btw im thinking maybe activity levels may play a role but eh.
Activity levels do play a huge role. If you overtrain you may lose your appetite, and if you don't train as much you may not have much of an appetite.
