Looking for articles/scientific studies/etc. on the perfect nutrition of fruits

We all know that fruits have 'perfect' nutrition (80-10-10). I'm looking for studies/articles/etc. that I can show close friends/family that might worry that I'm not "getting my protein" (or in my mother's case, "your calcium!") Anybody have any links to arguments that we DON'T need that much protein, that fruit contains everything we need, etc?

 

My backup plan is Michael Arnstein's video on protein, but I feel that won't really relieve their worry.

By the way, I do realize that Dr. Graham's book is the ideal "here read this and LEARN", but... I really don't expect any of them to fully read it (though I believe they should). Oh, America.
I logged what I ate in cron-o-meter (free nutrition software) and showed the reports of my nutritional intake to my family. When someone asked me how much calcium are you getting? I could say I got over 1000mg yesterday which is the USDA requirement and I would then ask that person how much they got.
Thanks a lot, guys :) I think the first two links will really help, and using the cron-o-meter as proof is also a great idea (I could even do hypothetical "If I ate this and this or this and this" combinations to prove that any variety can get the nutrients).

In terms of protein, I think one of the most convincing arguments is the relative protein content of breast milk and fruit. On average they are the same by percentage of calories, you can look it up easily. Add in plenty of greens and you're laughing. If spinach was good enough for popeye then it's good enough for me ;)

 

The China Study is the best evidence of the dangers of excess protein for your health and also explains the myths about dairy and calcium. Seriously you should be very worried....... about their diets not yours.
