I love lifting weights! But I don't want to gain too much muscle, look 'swoll' as DR would say lol.
I'm trying to lose weight through the 801010 diet, yoga and running. Feeling great.
I would like to lift weights though in conjunction with the above.
Would this aid the weightloss, or just make me bigger?
Almost all girls will not look "too big" after lifting weights unless they take supplements/steroids.
All exercise helps.
weight lifting helps weight loss WAY more than cardio. muscle burns more fat even when just sitting on your bum, it shapes you into a curvy woman instead of a stick figure.
it would take years of really difficult weight lifting to get you looking "too big"
so dont worry :)
