yes i m serious.... maybe i m asking too much ? but back in the chat-days i ve seen worse topics... so i hope i dont overwhelm you with this :)
how does ur poop look like ? do u even have a closer look ? does it have chunks of what u eat ? like could u tell...OH thats been the mango...thats been the tomatoe? Is it HUGE or small....do u poop 1 time per day or 5 times?
fibre consumption per day : approx. poop amount (plus some water) ?
a lot of poop : undigested stuff ????
i find it funny how some ppl here can POOP up to 5 times per day... i only poop once... (but a lot)
do those ppl who poop a lot just poop little bits and therefor more often ?
i mean u cant poop like 5x500 g per day right ? that would mean u poop out undigested stuff wouldnt it ? (or its not that easy? )
the only thing i could spot out in my poop would be CORN ... coz it seems it goes out as it got in the system......
but usually its just brown... sometimes a red undertone when i ate a lot of tomatoes and red pepper... sometimes greenish undertone (BUT NEVER just green or JUST RED) if i ate a lot of spinach or so.....
i heard ppl talking about yellow poop here :O (caused by papaya, banana or mango).....
i ve never had that :O
isnt even a mango, banana or papaya supposed to turn out brown or at least brownish? due to the digestin.... bile...etc ???? (i dunno)....
Oh goodness there's poop pictures at breakfast time.
Erm as much as I'm trying not to look, mine are also a bit like that, and that's when I feel most healthy.
They are mousse consistency. I don't count up how many times I go.
I think i see elvis
Big salad with some small amount of oil or nuts eaten recently? :/ *pokes poop with stick* hmmm or blended -_-
I guess its normal nothing seems to run solid since i started this diet. all the roughage i suppose.
when you have a solid poop like most unhealthy people, this means your colon had to dehydrate the faecal matter. Because it takes abnormally long to digest, so the colon removes the water to go to the kidneys and pee out then the faecal matter volume is reduced so more can be packed in since the average person keeps eating w.e. slow digesting foods.
On 811RAW the digestion is naturally fast enough to keep the faecal matter a liquid consistency to allow fast elimination, not sitting on a toilet for a hour and resulting with a tiny dried rabbit turd. Also when you have a high water content movement it can remove the **** from the walls that has accumulated and this can add volume to your elimination and cause the questions of why there seems to be extra coming out.
I think more people should post their urine and bowel movements to judge their health and assess situations, mainly people who claim to be healthy and knowledgeable. Like DR would say why listen to a fat person about how to get skinny. Lets learn to read the material and judge for ourselves.
Yeah this diet cures hemmoroids. I'd imagine it goes a long way at solving a lot of other colon problems people have.
I struggled with hemmoroids i thought I ate enough fiber etc.. yeah NO. crank them veggies and fruits and the roids will FLEEE for there life.
Well I did see one video from Dr Doug Grahm where he said that your bowel movements should come out with ease and basically just fall out of you and he said it should not be formed it should look like you dumped a bunch of fish food in the toilet bowl. So yours looks like fish food to me. I guess it would be normal at least according to the doctor it is.
my poop is always brown..... light brown...dark brown....sometimes greenish ... but the basic colour is brown...
isnt it a sign of not enough bile if the poop comes out the same colour as its been eaten? a sign that it has not been properly digested ?
Apes poop is brown as well...so is cows poop... so is horses poop.... (the basic colour at least...)
i dont think its normal for poop to come out the same colour as its been eaten ...
but.... one can educate me on this :)
citation from the curezone : "The liver constantly secretes bile into gallbladder & then into small intestine.
As bile makes its way through the intestines, it progressively changes color from green to yellow/orange to brown, due to the action of bacteria in the large intestine on the bile salts, bile pigments.
Yellow/orange stool may indicate that food has passed through the intestines faster than normal or that good bacteria is missing."
Well, if poop *has* to be brown that means I haven't digested anything the past 4 years because it comes out all colors of the rainbow. I'm suspect of this because I have been able to gain muscle mass lately incredibly well.
