New to the board and am excited to be part of the community. Does anyone drink Kombucha on a regular basis? I've had stomach problems my whole life which is a big reason why I found the 80/10/10 path. I've been drinking a Kombucha blend in the mornings and love the calming effect it seems to have on my system.
Does anyone have any experience with prolonged use of Kombucha?

It helps my tummy so much. Especially now that I've had surgery and have to take these horrible pain pills.

Thanks for this link. Good info. I'm suspect that the ginger in the tea is the really thing that's helping my stomach and not the actual Kombucha.
