30 Bananas a Day!


I'm 17 years old, come from a background of disordered eating, but have been eating rawtill4 style diet for a year and am currently transitioning to a more raw food diet. Although I'm making the pledge now to completely be sober, I still had a marijuana smoking / drinking habit throughout my veganism. I peed blood a little a couple weeks ago and was experiencing pain so I eventually went in for a CT scan and they found I have a kidney stone in a valve coming off my kidney which is inflaming the drainage system. I have eaten some processed foods here and there (trendy mainstream vegan products) but the core of my diet has been raw (mostly bananas and melons) for as long as I could go depending on how much raw food I have in my pantry, then would go to low fat low salt starches (pasta, potatoes, rice). I bought a juicer today instead of weed and have been sipping away on carrot parsley apple juice hoping to get some healing done but I'm still wondering HOW exactly this happened and HOW I can make it stop and HEAL myself. Apparently its just too big to pass so I'm most likely going to have to have it ruptured and possibly take oxycodone and I'm just extremely frustrated. Even though I have drank and smoke frequently this year do you really think that has anything to do with the situation? Am I just not eating enough raw?? After all I have only been on the high carb lifestyle for a year now but even before then I've been a vegetarian since I was 13 years old. Is it the oxolates in my raw food? Anybody with some experience please help me out here because I'm very panicked.

Drugs definitely can cause things like that. My dad used to drink every night and he has a huge problem with kidney stones. Two years ago, I just started throwing out all of the crap he bought and I told him that it was not going to slide. He has only drank once since. He also has had zero kidney problems since dropping the drugs and eating lots of fruit and starch. Yes you can dissolve it, but you have to get rid of the drugs, stress, and horrible foods in your life.
