I sincerely hope not.  Maybe Kayla's heart is in the right place, but with dietary recommendations like this, she's leading her followers down a dangerous and uncompassionate path:

Shape: What does a typical day of eating/drinking look like for you?

KI: Breakfast I eat toast with poached eggs, avocado, tomato, spinach, and a cup of berry tea; snack is a piece of fruit; lunch is usually a wrap with chicken, homemade Greek garlic sauce, lettuce, and tomoato; anoter snack would be tuna salad and a piece of fruit; and dinner is a Greek soup called Avgolemono, which is chicken stock with rice and lemon.


In contrast, these are our principles of health, Allie.  May you find them beneficial:

Diet in a Banana Peel 

  • Daily Recipe for Long Term Success
  • Minimum Calories: Females: 2500 Males: 3000
  • Whole, raw, ripe plant foods. (ie RT4: Steam potatoes: not a bag of chips.)  
  •  ½-2 heads of lettuce greens.  (Not high oxalate kale, chard, and spinach.)
  • Get a palm of raw nuts or seeds.
  • Low fat: not no fat! (5-10% of calories average)
  • Simple meals. Rotate foods for maximum nutrient exposure.
  • Drink enough water. Urinate (almost) clear.
  • Early nights with 8-12 hours for rest, repairs, and muscle fat burning.  Get some zzz before midnight.
  • Exercise and resist gravity 30 minutes. 
  • Sunbathe 30 minutes for vitamin D and healthy bones and teeth.  
  • Lower stress triggers.  Stress releases weight gain hormones.  
  • lOOk Outward beyond the self. Better the planet.  Do not self flagellate.
  • Avoid comparison traps. Be your REAL self and not your social media guru's highlight reel.

I meant the workout part not the eating plan. I only got the 12 weeks workout guide and I'm following the raw guidelines.

I should have been clear on that, just wanted to know if anyones done her workouts accompanied with this lifestyle 


What types of workouts does she recommend?

Interval training, plyometrics etc supplemented with light cardio. They're short (30mins) and supposed to be really effective especially for those that can't spend hours at a gym or afford it!

I'm really curious about the results with this lifestyle as well!

After one week, I already feel like my cardio is improving.

I just started this week. My body hurts, but I feel like I'm responding well.

I enjoy the intense exercise, and after 10 years of severe bloating, I want to finally see my abs... I know that's superficial, but it's the truth!

im 3 weeks in, and the workouts killed me at first but are getting easier each time :) 

I'm the same, I've come from a restricting dieting past so I've got bloating as well, so i totally understand.

how are you finding it so far?
