I just used the Cronometer for the first time today. Oh my gosh, I cant believe how few calories I've been eating! I think of myself as being pretty "calorie savvy"...but apparently I dont have a clue.
I had been falling off the wagon a lot recently, due in part to a lot of personal and familial stress at the moment, and I was finding it so hard to stay energised and awake. Now I realise that a lot of this has been down to not eating enough fruit.
For example, this morning I thought my nectarine and date breakfast would be AT LEAST 900 calories...it was ACTUALLY ONLY 440!
So I'm going to be a lot more vigilant in noting everything down on the Cronometer. Hopefully this will get me back on the straight and narrow. Let this be a lesson to everyone! :D
