OK... so pretty much 8 weeks in (WOOT!) and I am super stoked. But I do not care for greens or non-sweet juicy fruits.
My days are full of bananas, mangoes, oranges, dates , kiwis and grapes... and I look at greens and literally go "blerrrghh" , anything more than 2-3 cherry toms and I am over it completely etc.
Now, I perhaps do not need them at this point as they seem very unappealing, perhaps I have an overload of junk in my body that needs to be regulated first, should I try to push some in, or just let my body do the talking and wait for them to become appealing?
But, what if i 'never' want them, should i be cautious and if so what should I do to compensate for lack of greens?
