30 Bananas a Day!

Mostly raw for 4 weeks, in my second week of LFRV. My exercise load is lighter than usual at the moment.

I'm experiencing some very strong aches in my formerly injured or broken joints. Specifically after eating. This is not the typical stiff/sore inflammation feeling, but more like cold weather aches.

I have not experienced this since I stopped eating junk food a few years ago. As with every diet, I know there's a transition period. Anyone else experience this? If it gets worse, it will affect my training.

P.S. I have a few other issues too. I'll ask about those next week if they don't subside.
Could be a whole host of factors.

I got hit by a bus and was out of hardcore training for a few years. Im all good now though. Fruit sure helps plus the exclusion of animal products.

I force myself to rest more these days too. These last 3 months, Ive been the fittest of my life judging by my running times/wattages on the bike racing Div 1.

I'm in a similar boat to you - been 811 for almost the last month and feeling things 'come up', in particular a hip bursitis issue which comes and goes. I attribute it to body assimilating to change in conditions - i'm confident its going to subside once my body becomes completely 'in tune' with itself.
