Mostly raw for 4 weeks, in my second week of LFRV. My exercise load is lighter than usual at the moment.
I'm experiencing some very strong aches in my formerly injured or broken joints. Specifically after eating. This is not the typical stiff/sore inflammation feeling, but more like cold weather aches.
I have not experienced this since I stopped eating junk food a few years ago. As with every diet, I know there's a transition period. Anyone else experience this? If it gets worse, it will affect my training.
