If one more person calls me an over-eater I'll scream. lol. Let me just say that I am lean, I am strong (getting stronger), I am always optimistic, energetic and happy and dare I say sexy.
I find it interesting that people who eat a typical diet think that the high carb lifestyle is for "wackos" and we are in a "cult", yet they think NOTHING of overeating on the junk that they are consuming?
Isn't it interesting that people who eat a typical diet don't read labels for sugars and a million other additives, preservatives and food dyes, but the SECOND you talk to them about this lifestyle then they are concerned with potassium overload, too much sugar from dates (nevermind the sugar in their coffee, ketchup, etc), but NOW they want to count sugar grams, etc.
Isn't it interesting that people who have no trouble going out and partying and consuming goddess knows what, suddenly question every morsel of food YOU put in your mouth?
UGH....I applaud DR and Free for what they do all the time because I don't always have the patience for it. I truly don't. And tonite when I had an overweight really unhealthy friend (high blood pressure meds at 31, sleep trouble, chronic neck and back pain- narcotic painkiller) tell me that I'll die at an early age because of all the sugar and all the "nutrients I'm missing" from my diet, I about had a fit. I just told him (like I do everyone else", "go youtube DurianRider. Let's people's results speak"...
Mine certainly do
Just needed to vent. Ugh....
Hahaha, so true.
It's very interesting. And I understand why you either have to have the grace and composure of Dr. Graham or the fiery comebacks and witty humor of DR and Freelee to deal with the brainwashed hard-heads!
Keep on speaking the truth and leading by example! You rock! Oh wait, no, you RAWK! ;)
