Hey I recently started 811 and I love the fruit and all but hate eating salads in the evening :(.
I found this type of salad:
(look at bean medley)
Would that be alright to eat? Will i still get all the nutrients I need that aren't attainable from fruit and is it healthy?

after eating SAD diet for 20 years, never eating salad once(i tired it a few times but hated it) I now love greens. but my first 6months-1 year on 811 were tough for greens..but now i love them!
it will take time, and perhaps you will need to eat them with avocado or make dressings with nuts.. or use some vinegar until you develop your taste for greens. as for the bean medley salad...beans are tough to digest and if you read in 811 beans are not suggested as they are approx 50% protein/50% carbs and create a difficult combo to digest.
try to get greens in in other ways, with some avocado or put small amount of greens in a green smoothie. you can munch on a few greens here and there throughout the day, doesnt need to be a huge salad at the end of day
