30 Bananas a Day!

Hey guys, in an older post I stated my problems to get into hclfrv because of my dad and all. I've managed to just have 3 cooked meals a week. That consists of a plate of raw veggies (good part) and some white rice (no salt nor oil, just water) and some minestrones or cooked tubers. I only eat very little of that also. Is this ok? I eat 811 when I dont have those meals. Should I still eat lots of fruit those days? or just at my calorie expenditure?

Thanks for reading this, 811 is the best! Yesterday I got off my butt and went for a 8 mile run!!! This is so great!!

I'm in the same situation as you :) Except right now I have cooked 7 nights a week, and oatmeal for breakfast.  I think it's okay, but I feel a lot better and happier when I eat completely raw.

Yeah, it certainly feels great when you eat 100% raw. Thanks for replying, I see I'm not the only one.

Raw high-carb, low-fat vegan is best.   Cooked high-carb, low-fat vegan is second best for your health, the animals and the planet.  

You still want to stay carbed up on cooked!

This is a GREAT link, I remember reading it before. I get really worried about people on here starving themselves to stay all raw, when they would be FAR better off to have some cooked and get enough carbs and calories. All raw is excellent, but it really is secondary to getting the right amount of carbs and calories.

id switch that rice with quinoa, millet, or amaranth if you can :)

I can do it with quinoa. Got lot's of it here. But why exactly?
