30 Bananas a Day!

Majority of us ate normal, never feeling restricted. Naturally 1500-1800 cal a day for female. Now eating 2000-3000 range will the body view our old average as restriction bc we upped it 50+%?

Ok this is just my thoughts, I don't think that's restriction because your not restricting yourself, BUT that low cals does harm metabolism because we normally need 2500+ just to live and breath, so your body has to slow down to use that low amount. Hope this helps.

Hey Pumpkin... well, it depends on the person's physical activity, height, weight, and type of work they do! Some people on this lifestyle don't count calories and some eat less than the 30bad community recommends, they just eat what the 80/10/10 book recommends which is a simple calculation of calories needed as you would do in any other diet. It really comes down to knowing your body, being honest with yourself about your daily needs and seeing how you feel with it! Generally speaking you will feel better eating more calories... you'll also have more energy to exercise which in terms makes you fitter..the more the muscle, the more calories your body will burn. 

I think 30bad community tends to say that non-801010rv restrict calories because mostly they don't eat till satisfied, some actually restrict with fear of getting fat, and others simply restrict because they consume a lot of  consuming empty calories (the body gets too much food and not enough nutrition).
