So, I had been raw vegan for a few weeks, doing good.
Then I went AWOL and went to an even more horrific SAD diet! Sigh.
So now I'm starting aaaall over again.
I feel as though if I transition back into 811 slowly it'll be easier.
So what I'm thinking is:
Raw vegan breakfast for a week.
Raw vegan breakfast and lunch the second week.
And then finally Raw for breakfast lunch and dinner the third.
I'm switching to a vegan dinner the entire time as well :)
Does that sound reasonable?
Also, here is my general eating plan I'd like to go back to:
10 date datorade in the morning
4 apples for lunch
4 oranges when I get home
2 bananas, a cup of blueberries, and five dates as a post workout smoothie
An 3 orange/ 1 cup strawberry smoothie for dinner.
I usually always add lots of greens to my banana smoothie. Currently I feel like fruit os more important and that I need to get adjusted to eating HCRV, so I'm not currently worried about it :)
Does that sound good?
