Is there any problem with switching between all raw, to raw till 4? I have been on this lifestyle for ten months now and have gone back and forth between the two so many times, will this affect my weight loss (i haven't lost any yet)? I here people talk about consistency a lot and wandered if that applied to this? Also my skin is horrible i have so many pimples on my face still, but they seem to clear up a bit more when eating all raw...
I feel my best eating only raw, adding cooked food in the evening (generally) dulls the buzz considerably. Moving toward (and looking forward) to all raw. :)
Thanx so much for your feed back, I have been doing a few weeks on raw then a few weeks on rawtil4.
I am eating raw at the moment and am thinking ill try and stick with this untill i start seeing weight loss results and i guess if i do go back to cooked food, aim to stick with it along with the regular raw day.
I do think the lack of consistancy has been tough mentally.
