30 Bananas a Day!

I don't think that there's one. In Spain, we have Jamón Serrano and people always say that is recommended to eat 100 grams a day. They say that is good for your cardiovascular health and that lowers cholesterol. I'm like what? It's full of sodium plus we all can healthy fats without killing animals.

Yeah, it's true. It's better to cook without oil. Fats cause inflammation. If you are in a raw fruit diet than yes, it's good to consume 1 tbsp a day of raw olive oil. Everyone's body is different, you just gotta do what it's best for you but always vegan because it's the best lifestyle. For your health and for the planet..

Hey, if it works, it works. Not something to generally recommend as a go-to...it a fairly mediocre fat source, not much nutrition and an Omega 6 to Omega 3 ratio of 8:1. That is the same ratio as butter and lard! And has been shown to cause similar patterns of cardiovascular disease.

Canola oil is far superior with a 2:1 ratio, if you're going to use oil. Flax oil is 0.3:1 and the very best oil to supplement with.

For me nuts are better than oil. I've never taken oil and felt good afterward, usually the opposite. Pistachios, walnuts and almonds, however, make me feel awesome (in moderation).

Good to know! Yeah nuts are fine, I also prefer them rather than having raw oil.

Mabe fish with omega 3 DHA would be the 'healthiest'

but not really... because of all the mercury, radiation, oil, and shit contamination in the sea, and of course its not necessary.... so why kill an animal and contaminate the sea?
