What is up my fellow high-carbers!
Newbie checking in. I'm trying to make this lifestyle change work for me as best I can but I'm having difficulty getting a bunch of fruit with my current low wage. I'm able to do about 1 x 1000cal fruit mono meal for breakfast and was wondering if I could just make lunch for the time being about a couple of quarts of pasteurized juice!?
Is this considered "juice feasting" and damaging my metabolism instead of doing it the greater good?
Any insight would be appreciated.
