30 Bananas a Day!

Hi all,

A few years ago I was diagnosed with a condition called Vulvar Vestibulitis. Here is a link to an explanation of the condition: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vulvar_vestibulitis

but essentially it effects the opening of my vagina, causing excruciating pain when anything attempts to enter. There's lots of speculation about how and why this condition develops, which I won't get into here..but I believe mine was brought on my multiple vaginal infections in a row + a round of antibiotics without being followed by probiotics.

I was prescribed estrogen cream and steroid cream, both of which I did not use. 

Anyway, I have been practicing this LFRV lifestyle for about a month now, and for the past few days I have been experiencing a dull ache in my lower back/pelvic region. It feels like the normal period cramps, but I am nowhere near my cycle.

Could this be attributed to healing, or should it be a cause for concern?

There are "no cures" for VV, except 'in most cases',surgery is effective. 

I am writing with hope that one of you may have heard about this condition, or has had some experience with this type of condition. Thanks for reading!

Actually, we have had a few people with similar problems down there have their issues go into remission, cured, or get better on a low fat raw vegan diet.  

For people who continue to have sensitivity, high oxalate foods such as kale, chard, and spinach, along with many grains, gluten foods, and potatoes, when eliminated from the diet provide further relief.

It seems yours is caused by infections, medications, or other traumas verses a size or sensitive skin issue.  I think with a few tweaks in diet, you may start to heal and feel better.
