Just wondering... because I have a few lbs to lose (about 7-8 lbs) and I really want to maintain my energy levels. I have a history of ED so I don't want to restrict. If I eat "just enough" fruit to maintain my daily activities and workouts, will I be able to lose some lbs?
8lbs is nothing. I can drop 8lbs over night.
How about a better goal? Have more energy to give to my kids, more energy to train smart, more energy to live with passion in everything I do? Do you know anyone with weight problems that lives this way? Me either.
I sure do know people that stay up late worrying about a % or 2 of body fat. They just need to live a lot more, thats all.
