Well, Im not gonna eat it -I was just wondering. Cause what I hear is that it has to be fermented and /or heated. But then I heard that David Wolfe (or was it someone else) had found a method to made it eatible in its raw state.
I think that if he has found a method to do that it probably does not taste very nice. It is what they normally do and add to it that makes it nice.
Edible is not good enough when it is actually bad for you.
If it was nice and bad for you then it may be considered as an occasional treat.
I agree -I just had a debate about it, and I got curios. Cause I saw videos of cacao being picked and eaten immediately -and they said it was yummi. So I wondered.....
If it tastes so great when they pick it, why does DW have to invent a special technique to treat it?
The first time I went high fat raw....I did all the effort to detox off of caffeine and other stuff......then 3 weeks in I read David Wolf and raw cacao....I tried it and was on the drug ride....I didn't care about food as long as the raw cacao was included.....finally off that stuff.....so many like myself get fooled into thinking it's healthy.
