30 Bananas a Day!

I'm new!!! I need some advise/help/mentoring here please!!

I have been 100% raw this whole week (YAY) but I can't seem to break 90/5/5 ... well, it's more like 92.9/4.6/2.5. Is this ok? I can't seem to get my protein higher than 5%. Any suggestions?

I have also been having dips in energy... crashes throughout the day. I think I have to eat more?

About me:
I am on my feet all day. 2 small kids keep me busy. I usually workout 4-5 days a week...but I didn't this week. I have been feeling tired ...like on a roller coaster with energy. 
I am a 124lbs female 
Today I ate aprox. 2800 calories (I do use cron-O-meter)
Breakfast: Pineapple orange smoothie almost 900 cals
Lunch: Orange, apple, strawberry, grape, mango, peach smoothie aprox. 818 cals
snack: 3 bananas and 10 dates 979 cals
Dinner: I plan to have a spinach salad with cucumber, tomato, chives, celery and fresh lemon
Aprox. 142 cals (any more spinach and I might gag haha) 

What changes do you recommend I need to make for consistent energy?
I am also looking to burn fat. Any advise on this? Need to burn off this momma pouch! lol.  

I am moving from Alaska to Florida at the end of the month and CAN'T wait for fresh fruit! A lot of the fruit I eat now is frozen.... that's why I have the weird smoothie concoction. Fresh fruit isn't ripe and is expensive here in Alaska.
oh, And I also have been experiencing horrible digestion problems ... I will spare you the details ....ok, I won't ... bad gas and some loose stools. ;) 
I think I covered everything.

Not a problem.  Many folks here do well on such percentages, as that's what a diet of pure fruits n leafy greens will average.

It sounds like you haven't been eating enough.  With that amount of activity I'd be up around 3500-4000, maybe even more, depending on your workouts.  If you're not weighing the edible portion of your food, you're probably way overestimating the amount of calories in meals too.

Gas and loose stools should resolve pretty soon.  Watch out for combinations like the one you had for lunch though - too many fruits and bad food combining.  Don't combine acidic fruits like citrus and pineapple with sweet fruits like mango, grapes, and bananas.

I eat lots of frozen fruit in the winter too.  It's not the best, but I combine it with fresh oranges, dates, and bananas and feel great.

Keep your calories up and your fat low and you'll get lean - just not overnight.

Wow, I didn't even know about the sweet fruit/acidic fruit combo being a no-no. I appreciate your reply dangermouse! I am going to take your advise and purchase a scale. You are right, I have been guessing at measurements.

90/5/5 is the best for feeling the best

We all have some diffrences. I for example do very good with combining bananas and oranges in a smoothie. You really need to experiment and try for yourself. Food quality is a big issue. Keep in mind that you need to store your fruit for quite some time before it ripens.
