hey guys! whats up

so i read this article on youtube or somewhere online it was about hugh jackman and how he trains for his wolverine role in his movie! and he says what he does is constricts himself to a small 6-8 hour window within which to get your full calories for the day and then once that window is up timewise hes not allowed to eat

now ive been doing this for the last few days and i really have to say i have a feeling of balance that i havent felt in a long time and it really is working for me like.. i have no cravings at all at night and in the morning i dont even feel like eating... for some reason i feel like my digestion is better perhaps the digestive system does best when u give it a 16 hr break between 6-8 hour feeding windows..

i have been having my shakes + my fresh yummy fruit as much as my heart desires during the day and then at night.. ive felt energetic + positive..

anyway.. just thought id bring this up.. probably has been spoken of before but i  really think there is something to this!!! regardless of whether u are training physically or not..

i feel like this is the way people are supposed to eat.. like as if  eating was a job that u clock in and out of and go home and rest from ;)

yo andy im not talkin about gettin jacked-i know this term is thrown around by alot of bodybuilders... but im not on about that.. im talkin about makin your body burn + jackin up your metabolism! to burn more effectively by making it burn its reserves to get rid of excess stores.. 

i think it really is meant to be that way too ie: people sleep better with no food still in their stomach being digested etc

soya beans and me dont mix at all i start grinding my teeth so bad that my jaw hurts if i eat anything with soy in it.. probably because the soya is gmo crap

Hugh Jackman trains for Wolverine using HGH et al.....never take advice from a person who yo yo's!! its all about 3000+ cals, constricting yourself to a time window sounds stressful?

it may sound stressfull but its not.. yes 100% its about getting those calories but it seems it doesnt matter if u get them all within a certain small time frame as long as u get them for the day..

Agreed! I typically don't find myself to get hungry until 1-2pm (waking time 7-8ish), in which case I'll slam the fruit till I get home from class to have a large dinner around 9ish.

honestly i thought it would be difficult but its not! u should try it.. it just means u pig out and then u dont eat lol but they couldnt call it pig out-dont eat hahaha so they had to come up  with a technical smart sounding name lol

@datetarian yes 100% :)  i think theres a serious mental reward for eating like that too.. i mean whatever im doing im feeling great my bodies talkin to me by making my mood good sittin here smilin for no reason ! theres definately something to this... to sticking to this regiment / routine of eating + then NOT EATING!

I want to try this but yeah it is hard

i tried this on a paleo type diet years ago, and i did lose weight, but i felt terrible. id be interested to experiment with it on 811. thanks for sharing!
