I didn't realize how much oil and fat flax had in it until I made raw flax pancakes, and ate one. Then I put it into cronometer. I would've done better if I'd sliced a banana like a pancake and put blue berries over it. The pancakes aren't dehydrated. (I avoid my dehydrator, it's round, and old, and I can't stand it.)
This is bizarre but what do you do when you want a pancake? I don't really like pancakes, but when you want something like flatbread? Gluten is out of the question. What do you do when you want crackers?
