30 Bananas a Day!

I am interested in your success on this diet.
I think we shoud have a thread that would inspire people to go lfrv and stick with this diet.

So, please, share your experience about what did you heal since doing 811 lfrv. And how long did it take - how long have you been on what percentage of lfrv until you saw positive results on your health?

I would start, but have nothing to say until now. Probably it needs more time.

thanks so much

also i should add, i have been vegan for 9 months....i cleared my psoriasis within 3 months. i will say that, my psoriasis mainly my scalp will flare up ( not too bad... just a little) if i accidentally eat some thinng with animal products or if i havent had fruits for a couple days. but once i get back on track all is well again. :)

No more menstrual issues, clearer skin, and WAAAY more energy!

I'm slowly healing alopecia on this diet. Look it up, it's an autoimmune disease where hair falls out. I have short but plentiful hair now :)

I healed my pessimism, I love myself more and more each day and everything around me seems so bright and light. I think that's the most important transformation that I have following while following this lifestyle. Everything else fell into place after that.

  • I did not fear food anymore.
  • I don't restrict my calories anymore,
  • I used to be very hard on my self since I'm very competitive by nature. I still kept my competitive quality since pushing yourself beyond your known limit can be very rewarding. But I've learned to keep it at a steady, relaxed and enjoyable face.
  • I don't get bored easily.
  • I don't get sick anymore
  • My skin glows
  • I can accomplish more things at any given time.
  • I've been more creative lately
  • Since I've learned to defy the status quo, I'm more confident in my own skin. I'm more courageous to take on new adventures in life.
  • And so much more. I swear there's so much I won't be able to find the time to right down every single thing.

Note: I'm not a 100% raw yet. These 5 months that i have attempted to be fully raw, I have slipped a couple of times. Every morning I write to my journal all of the positive things I have achieved through this lifestyle, and I swear I'm almost done with my diary and I have a really small hand writing.
