I have recently embarked on the Insanity program! (Not the diet part obviously). So far so good, but I feel as though by the end of the night I can't stop picking at food, even if I have a substantial dinner.
I am 100% HCRV, but I think that I need to up my calorie intake now that I have started insanity. I usually eat around 1600-2000 cals a day, I am only 20, but I still have weight to lose, weighing 135 and I'm 5'6.
The only thing is that I am worried if I eat too much more then I won't get good weight loss results... I know this is probably the SAD diet me talking however it was already a HUGE step to go up to 2000 a day!
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Eat more. 1000cal in the morning, 500 mid morning, 1000 lunch, 500cal dinner - 3000 done :)
Yeah, and I'd eat lotsa carbs so I didn't burn out. What's your favorite carb, Roxy?
Well, I just bought a box of bananas so I'm gonna say them! But I also love dates and berries.
I don't so much want to put on more muscle, I used to be a competitive swimmer/triathlete until a few years ago, until I let go of exercise all together! I mainly want to lose fat, so would eating 4000 calories still be good?
