Before I bring up my question, let my first state that this is not an "arguement"...I am genuinely intrested in hearing the information that is against the consumption of cooked plant-based foods.
Okay so here it is, I eat 90% raw, vegan. I have chosen to include beans,brown rice, and steamed vegetables in my diet. This is what I believe is healthiest for me. But, many people have been advising me against this and yet I haven't been able to find any information on the internet against these specific foods. The only information I have found about these foods has been positive.
My question is, what is it about these specific foods that makes them harmful? I don't feel I can make educated decisions without both sides of the argument so I will be grateful to hear any view you may have towards these foods.
P.S. Just to be clear, my question is about these three specific foods(brown rice,steamed vegetables,beans) Not plant food in general.( I already understand the perils of say..wheat for instance)
