I am in the same boat! My husband is a meat-and-potatoes sort of guy, and my daughter is wild about grain-based baked goods like breads and crackers. This is my second run trying LFRV, but from what I remember the first time, after about a week of struggling the cooked food I was preparing for my family started looking less and less like food! I also remember my husband started asking for green smoothies to take to work and dateorade for after a trip to the gym, and my daughter was constantly picking raw fruits and veggies off my plate.
