I have recently started to eat less fruit at one sitting (stomach problems). Now I have a hunger feeling every 1,5-2 hours after my last meal. I do mono-meals 80% and if I do mix fruit, it's normally of one kind (sweet+sweet, sour+sour etc.) I started to have more durst. In between I drink still water (sometimes warm water, or rarely even tee)
Question: from physiological view is it normal to eat so often?

Eat as often as you need too to make sure you get enough calories, at least 2500/day.
I eat every 2 hours most of the time.
I eat whenever I feel like it and this can easily mean 6 to 7 times a day. Listening to what the body wants and when it wants it.
