the oil though.... i think i might rather be hungry for a few hours than full of cooked fats for days
Is it fried rice? Steamed white? Try rinsing it to get most of the oil off!
canned fruit is the most convenient option and i am not sensitive enough yet to tell the difference. cooked juice next best. simple sugars for the win. But yeah, why not go out and grab some watermelon :) I like grapes too!
