I've been about 55-58 kilo before 811, but now (after almost year) i'm 65-68 kilo and it seems that my belly get bigger and bigger.
I eat above 3000 calories per day as here recommented and excercise moderately (running, walking plus stuff like push-ups, abs exercises etc)
What am I doing wrong?
Your body will tell you to stop eating when you don't need to eat anymore. Calorie restricting is just going to cause binges and is never a good idea.
This would seem logical to me... Some people need more calories, some people need less. There is also a bit of a random nature to that since we are all individuals. I really don't need as many as others - I am not especially active, and feel better on less (although of course I never restrict - I just stop when I don't feel hungry, and make sure I always get at least enough for my activities that day, i.e. 1500-2000 NET after exercise is deducted.)
On 811 you've been eating 10% fat? Or have you enjoyed an amount of nuts or avocados that could have sent you over 10% most of the time?

Well my first thoughts are...you're a guy and you're worried about weighing 65-68kg? You're aware that if you weigh 65kg, your normal BMI is going to mean you're fine unless you're shorter than 5'4? I'm currently 62kg and almost classed as underweight and I'm about an average height for a guy (5'10). Maybe it's more a case of you gaining healthy weight (muscle mass) rather than fat, espescially if you're regularly excercising.

Get one of those scales where you can see the muscle weight, then observe yourself for a couple of weeks or months and see what way it is going. You may just be getting leaner.
I gained weight but I know now its beause I was eating too much fat plus I was only 70 - 80% HCRV.
are you 100%? how many overt fats do you eat? exactly how much exercise how many days a week?

were 100% for about 8-10 months, but last 2 weeks i ate some cooked starches.

Most people who had a past of eating disorders, or not eating enough, or anything of the such gain weight when they first start out. This is because the body needs to get back to its normal weight(sometimes above normal) to do healing and after you may drop a couple pounds. It may take some months, or this might just be your ideal body weight so you may not drop any pounds.
Interesting. Yeah, I was not eating enough in the past... so may be it really takes some time to normalise the weight etc...
