30 Bananas a Day!

I think I have parasites, and water fasting is not an option right now.

So I have major bloating all the time, and I have been living mostly on dates.  The most food combining I have done in the last two weeks is mixing dates with frozen berries and some celery.  Also, I am very restless; I am tired but cannot sleep.  What do y'all think is wrong with me?  And how can I fix it?

I am not happy that you have this condition or symptoms, but I am happy that you are on the right path of finding out what is wrong.  B12 deficiency could cause some of  your symptoms especially the restlessness and tiredness.  

Having said that, I am still suspect of you having a grain sensitivity.  Have you eaten grains recently?  B12 deficiency of the pernicious anemia variety compounded by bloating could indicate something like an underlying celiac condtion.  

Perhaps you could follow up with some food allergy testing too.  

It is also possible you have two separate conditions.  The b12 problem and or eating in a way that does not agree with your body.  As myself and some others have mentioned, perhaps try eating less dates and add more variety to your diet, and I of course am a big fan of the vitamin C and oranges.  

I have to look it up and I speak from memory, but I believe vitamin C and other goodies in citrus helps us properly assimilate b12 as well.

Thanks for all y'alls help!  I have not eaten grains in months, so it's not that.   I am going to try the B12 shots.  This blood test was a micronutrient test, so they tested for B12 in mt lymphocytes (white blood cells).  I am also deficient in Biotin and Pantothenate.  Should I take a supplement for those?

biotin = leafy green vegetables

 

Pantothenate =  broccoli and avocados

I don't think you have parasites.. if you want to make sure though just get an O&P stool test for 50 bucks.

Papaya seeds are anti parasitic. Try making some sort of dressing out of those, it can be quite delicious!:)
